Procedure

- Weigh phase A ingredients, stir and heat to 80°C until homogenised.
- Dissolve EDTA and Sodium Hydroxide.
- Add phase B to phase A and mix under low shear until homogenised.
- Heat for 30 minutes at 80°C.
- Pre-mix Propylene Glycol with Uniwhite and add it to the blend.
- Melt the Pluracare F127 Prill and mix it with the fragrance at 55°C. Add to the blend.
- Pre-mix phase E ingredients then phase F ingredients before adding them into the blend at 78°C.
- Homogenise and stir for 10 minutes.
- Add phase G at 78°C at 300 RPM and stir for 15 minutes until homogenised.
- Filter the mix on 250μm canvas and then pour it at 78°C into the container.
