ImerCare® cosmetic talcs and kaolins make excellent body powders and fragrance carriers for scented powders.
Talc
With its soft, silky feel, ImerCare® 11T talc makes an excellent base for body and baby powders. Applied after bathing, ImerCare® 11T prevents chafing and gives a soft, soothing, cool sensation. ImerCare® talcs are also excellent fragrance carriers for scented body powders. The surfaces of the talc platelets retain the perfume with a minimum loss of potency.
Kaolin
ImerCare® 2K kaolin is ideal for improved sebum absorption and a soft touch in body powders.
Compliance
All Imerys cosmetic products are natural, high quality, chemically inert and offer good skin tolerance. They are not treated with chemicals during processing. These attributes enable them to be used in cosmetic products that comply with cosmetic directive regulation (EC) n° 1223/2009.
Certification
ImerCare® T and ImerCare® K grades for body powder applications are Cosmos approved. Certificates of origin and additional documentation are available upon request.
