Description
This cleansing mask contains ImerCare® 04K, a very white kaolin, to absorb sebum and impurities, ImerCare® 266D diatomaceous earth to improve drying time and ImerCare® 190P-Scrub perlite to provide a soft exfoliating effect.

Procedure
- Weigh phase A1 ingredients and stir until homogenised.
- Sprinkle phase A2 ingredients one after another into the mixture whilst stirring.
- Mix water with Hydrolite-5 and sprinkle on the Chlorphenesin BP 73. Once homogeneous, add phase B into phase A.
- Sprinkle phase C ingredients one after another into the mixture whilst stirring. Check homogeneity.
- Adjust the pH if necessary with sodium hydroxide solution (10%) to obtain 6 < pH < 6.5.
- Sprinkle phase D ingredients one after another into the mixture whilst stirring. Check homogeneity. Caution should be taken when adding the perlite microspheres as they tend to break up above 700 RPM.
