- Mix phase A ingredients until homogenised.
- Gently mix surfactant into phase A.
- Neutralize batch with Sodium Hydroxide (10%) and mix until homogenized.
- Stir in phase C ingredients one after another.
- Premix phase D components and add to the mixture.
- Adjust pH using E if necessary.
