Procedure
- Weigh phase A, stir and heat to 75°C.
- Weigh B1, stir and heat. At 50°C, introduce the premix B2 and adjust the pH with B3.
- Premix phase C and add it to phase B and heat to 75°C.
- When the two phases are at 75°C, add phase A to phase B+C, stir with ultra turrax for 30 sec at 9500 RPM.
- Cool down to 50°C and add phase D.
- Cool down to 35°C and add phase E components one after another.
